so, i started making jewelry while in college, and in 2009 i created my own little etsy shop.

since then life’s gotten pretty busy … and i had to take a little break from the shop –

B U T .. i’ve recently gained a bit of free time, and i’m back in the game!

so the day f i n a l l y came when my sweet hubby agreed to let us get a PUPPY!

i am the definition of a “dog person” .. and i’ve been “patiently” waiting for us to extend our family with a little furry addition since we said “i do.”

welllll say hello to evelyn! ( e v v y for short )

she was technically my christmas present, but we picked miss evvy up from the breeder on february 4th … and have loved every day (and sleepless night) with her ever since!

she is now 12 weeks old (boy, do they grow up quickly!) and she has already learned to stand at the door to tell us she needs to potty … annnd, she can sit, lie-down, and roll over on command! (ahem, puppy genius.)

her mom is a miniature poodle, and her dad is a yorkshire terrier, making her none other than a Yorkie-Poo. : )

she has the sweetest little personality, and we love her so much! just take a little gander at this cuteness …

(i agree, it’s taken me way too long to blog these photos!)

they are a super sweet couple who trusted me to shoot their rockin’, hand-made wedding, and for that i am greatly appreciative. i hope they (and you) enjoy these images!

we shot all around downtown Greenville, SC. …

madeline is such a sweet, humble, beautiful and intelligent gal … and i’m hoping these photos caught some of that. : )

we couldn’t have asked for a better bridal party. we had our best friends and family backing us on this monumental day of our lives. the whole weekend was full of laughing, crying, praying, singing, eating, golfing, dancing, and just enjoying every minute of each other that we could. we are truly SO blessed to have these people in our lives. and we’ll never forget the genuine support and sweet memories that were made that weekend. {thank you all.}

simply put, we were rollin’ deep.
